Kara Flowers is a fitness and wellness industry leader with over 15 years of experience. No stranger to “healthy living” Kara began her fitness career competing and eventually winning 1st Place and Overall in The Arnold Amateur Classic Figure Competition.
After receiving her Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Corporate Health and Wellness, Kara's career has included developing programming to managing corporate fitness facilities with memberships ranging from 400 to 800.
